Mark your calendar!

Housing applications for Fall 2025 will be available at 8 a.m., November 1.

If you are planning on living on campus, fill out our housing application beginning Nov. 1. This gets you in line to select your preferred housing at the end of March.

If this is the first time you are logging in to CatPAWS, you will need to set up your Northwest email account first.

Once in CatPAWS, select the Housing tab and navigate to the Housing System.
Click 2025-2026.
Start Your Housing Application by selecting:
- Option 1: Click Start LLC Application for a major-based Living Learning Community
- Option 2: Click Start Housing Application for Bearcat Living Communities (first-year housing)
Complete the rest of your housing application.

Are you a commuter?

Commuter students must meet the requirements of a commuter and plan on living off-campus. Be sure to submit your commuter card.

Get to know classmates

Meet future Bearcats in CatPAWS. Make a profile to meet potential roommates once you've submitted your housing application. Students can begin locking in roommate matches beginning Jan. 15.

Select your room beginning March 31. Students can select which residence hall, floor and room they would like to live in.
